    摘要:

    描述了一种基于DDS技术生成四路SPWM调制波,并利用该调制波设计的电机驱动电路。该设计方案包括使用五片DDS芯片制作信号发生器,产生四路相位差90°的SPWM调制波,以及利用SPWM波设计带有死区的高频逆变推挽驱动电路。该驱动电路可以使超声电机在开环情况下实现平稳的正转、反转、调速和停车。目前,超声电机的驱动器在科技领域和工业领域都很受欢迎。为了能够实际应用,性能良好的驱动器设计显得尤为重要。本文设计的驱动电路所需的信号发生部分采用纯硬件搭建,减少了计算的复杂性,推挽部分基于较强的理论与实践,能够实现电机对驱动器的要求。

    Abstract:

    This paper describes a method of generating four SPWM modulated waves based on DDS technology, and designs a motor drive circuit based on the modulated waves. The design scheme includes a signal generator based on five DDS chips,which produces SPWM modulated waves with a four-way phase difference of 90°,and a high frequency inverter push-pull drive circuit with dead zone. This driving circuit can enable the ultrasonic motor to achieve smooth forward rotation、reverse、speed regulation and stop under the condition of open ring. At present,ultrasonic motor drivers are very popular in the scientific and industrial fields. In order to be able to be practical application,good performance of the drive design is particularly important. The signal generation part of the driving circuit designed in this paper adopts pure hardware construction, which reduces the complexity of calculation. the push-pull part is based on strong theory and practice, which can realize the requirements of the motor to the driver.
