    摘要:

    我国作为一个海洋大国,海域面积辽阔,近年来海上情况愈加复杂,海事巡检任务也日益繁重。为了提高海事巡检效率,本文设计并实现了一套基于Android的无人机海事巡检系统。本系统采用C/S模式架构,主要由无人机数据采集端、云平台、服务器和Android客户端四个部分组成,通过MySQL数据库对无人机航拍数据进行存储,实现了对海事巡检无人机的数据实时接入、轨迹跟踪、航拍视频直播、飞行情况实时显示、历史轨迹和视频回放、飞行数据统计等功能。测试结果表明,该系统实用可靠,使巡检人员能够实时了解海上情况,从而对海上异常及时应对,提高了海事监管的实时性、高效性和安全性。

    Abstract:

    China, as a big maritime country, has a vast sea area. In recent years, the maritime situation has become more and more complicated, and the task of maritime inspection has become increasingly heavy.In order to improve the efficiency of maritime patrol inspection, this paper designs and implements a maritime patrol inspection system based on Android.This system adopts the model of C/S architecture, mainly composed of UAV data acquisition terminal, cloud platform, server and Android client, through the MySQL database of UAV aerial data for storage, has realized the data real-time access of maritime patrol drones, trajectory tracking, aerial video broadcast, real-time display, historical trajectory flight conditions and video playback, flight data statistics, etc.The test results show that the system is practical and reliable, which enables patrol inspectors to understand the situation at sea in real time, so as to timely respond to maritime anomalies and improve the real-time, efficient and comprehensive maritime supervision.
