This article takes the VAISALA HMP155 type humidity sensor as the research object, studies the causes and improvement measures of hysteresis error, and discusses the drift correction method of the humidity sensor, which provides an important basis and methods for scientific and effective periodic verification of the humidity sensitive sensor.
