    • Research survey of roadwater depth measurements

      Abstract:In order to meet the needs of realtime monitoring of roadwater depth, it is very important to use the appropriate measurement method to measure the depth of roadwater quickly and accurately. Different measurement methods directly affect the accuracy of water depth measurement and some measurement methods for the roadwater depth are summarized, which can be divided into contact measurement, noncontact measurement and image measurement. The contact and noncontact measurements mainly use sensor technology to convert water depth into electrical signals, nonelectrical signals to measure the water depth. Image measurement uses image processing technology to extract the water level in the image to measure the water depth indirectly, and gradually become a research hotspot. By analyzing and comparing the advantages and disadvantages of each method, it is found that each measurement technology has different applicability in different environments, and the image measurement can better adapt to different environments. Finally, the development trend of roadwater depth measurement technology is prospected.

    • Application and comparison of combined model for the middle and long term prediction of the satellite clocks bias

      Abstract:Aiming at the limitation of forecasting the satellite clocks bias by using a single model, three methods of weighting the single model forecasting results are proposed. Namely, the classical weighted combination method, the forecast validity weighting method and the average weighted combination method, and these weighted combination method are used in the middle and longterm prediction of the satellite clocks bias. At the same time, the prediction results of the three combined models are compared with those predicted by the single model and the advantages and disadvantages of the three weighted combination models are analyzed.

      Abstract:In order to meet the field rapid maintenance and support requirement for big and complicated airborne information equipment, an interactive maintenance device is designed. We construct an interactive maintenance aids platform based on integrated system and interactive electronic technical manual (IETM), which including portable maintenance aids (PMA) platform and the field of in situ test equipment. It reads BIT data from the equipment and drives field test equipment to acquire parameters with serial bus. It fulfills the functions, such as parameters acquisition, material lookup, code download, electronic curriculum and data synchronization. Application proves that the device is reliable and stable. Its indicators satisfy the field maintenance and fault diagnosis requirement for the equipment. It increases the maintenance and support efficiency.

      Abstract:Surge Protective Device is a protection device, referred to as SPD, it plays an important role in the protection of electronic equipment .It makes the transient overvoltage which put into the electronic equipment limit in the acceptable range and withstands the impact of the shock current. It protects electronic equipment from these damages. However, due to the accumulation of longterm working voltage or the impact of shortterm shock current, SPD will inevitably lead to aging, if not found in time, electronic equipments will have serious consequences. This paper summarizes the domestic and foreign scholars on the aging mechanism of SPD and its research progress, the detection of SPD aging degree and the method of improving the stability of SPD.

      Abstract:Switching diodes are a kind of the most widely used in microwave control circuits of control devices, and it can obtain the good performance of short circuit and open circuit. The thickness of I region has an important effect on the characteristics of PIN diodes device.In this paper, the structure of InPbase PIN switching diode device is modeled bySilvaco TCAD software, and then analyze the influence of different I region thickness on the current and voltage characteristics of the diode and obtain the optimal value. Usingcompound semiconductor materials epitaxy and device technology platform,InPbase PIN switching diode device is prepared, and the test results of DC characteristics show that, the turn on voltage of PIN switching diode is 0.525 V, and the reverse breakdown voltage is larger than 12 V, which has laid a foundation for further realizing the millimeter wave switching circuits.

      Abstract:In this paper, based on the working principle of the threeelectrode system, a method for measuring the concentration of chloride ion by chronoamperometry is proposed. An online detection system based on threeelectrode system is designed , the quantitative detection of chloride ion concentration in the solution was achieved by collecting the change of current in chronoamperometry, according to the Nernstequation, the temperature compensation formula for measuring the concentration of solution at different temperatures is obtained, and the measured results are calibrated with the standard Sodium Chloride Solution. The experimental results show that the system has the advantages of good stability, high precision and temperature compensation. Compared to the two electrode system, threeelectrode system can accurately measure potential changes of the working electrode, using chronoamperometry can effectively improve the detection sensitivity of the system, so that the detection system has good prospects in the detection of chloride ions in industrial water.

      Abstract:In order to achieve the stability of the internal combustion bolt wrench controller, this paper found that there was a surge between the gasoline generator and the controller. And in practical applications, the circuit surge interference will lead to frequent access control device into the protection state, which seriously affected the use of internal combustion bolt wrench. In view of the above problems, this paper designs two kinds of power surge soft start suppression circuits by using nonlinear components such as diodes, power resistors and TVS tubes. The simulation results show that the circuit can effectively suppress the surge and provide a stable working power for the internal combustion bolt wrench by circuit simulation and the combination of the internal combustion bolt wrench.

      Abstract:The parameters of the controlled object will change when the frequency conversion constant pressure water supply control system is working. Most of the traditional control methods are controlled by PID, but the control effect is poor. In order to water pressure of the water supply system in the building of effective control, the fuzzy adaptive PID controller to adjust the PID parameters automatically according to the pressure deviation and deviation change rate of building water supply network, and through MATLAB simulation. The results show that the fuzzy adaptive PID has better steadystate accuracy and dynamic response compared with the PID, and can meet the control requirements of building variable frequency constant pressure water supply system.

      Abstract:To improve the reliability of the modular multilevel converter (MMC) system, an open circuit fault diagnosis method based on sliding mode observer for MMC submodule(SM) is proposed. First,the sliding mode observer is designed according to the operating principle of MMC. Then, the residual signal is constructed by the output of the observer and the output by the sensor. The residual signal is analyzed to realize the open circuit fault detection. Then,the fault location is determined according to the output voltage characteristic of fault submodule. Finally, the singlephase MMC simulation model is constructed in Matlab/Simulink, and one of the submodules of the IGBT is opened and the fault diagnosis is carried out. The simulation results show the correctness of the proposed fault diagnosis method.

      Abstract:Power supply is a key component of thyristor triggering devices for pulsed power systems. Based on the triggering requirements of high power thyristor, the trigger circuit is designed. The system use super capacitor as a power supply to meet the trigger circuit power supply voltage requirements. To carry out multiple thyristor trigger test, in order to obtain the super capacitor charge and discharge characteristics, repeatedly test multiple sets of different capacity,and select the appropriate capacity of the trigger power. The experimental results show that the trigger device can be reliably triggered to meet the design requirements; select five groups of super capacitor power supply to meet the trigger time requirements.

      Abstract:Based on the indepth study of IEEE1149.7 standard, the paper designs and implements the target chip CJTAG IP core in the test architecture proposed by standard to solve the problem of test. The design and implementation of reset and selection unit (RSU)module is mainly introduced. The RSU module mainly realizes four functions: Startup options choice, reset signals generation, escape detection, RSU online/offline choice. The design is based on the Quartus II application platform and through the ModelSim to complete the simulation and verification. The simulation results show that the test signals generated by the RSU module can meet the requirements of IEEE1149.7, and can be able to achieve the appropriate test function of the CJTAG chip.

      Abstract:This paper aims to propose a control scheme based on particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm to compensate for critical power quality interference, especially voltage drop and harmonic voltage, using dynamic voltage restorer (DVR). According to the above method, the PI controller structure of DVR is adjusted by multiobjective PSO algorithm. The results show that the PI of the algorithm is better than the traditional PI controller. We introduced the method of allocating the system and modified SAG and THD to the main power quality indicators in the sensitive load under fault conditions. Therefore, we apply the multiobjective optimization algorithm. In this paper, we use a new twoobjective optimization algorithm to adjust the coefficients. This dualobjective algorithm is based on the above objectives of the fuzzy. The simulation results show that the two  objective algorithm is better than the single  objective algorithm and the classical voltage drop and the voltage THD.

      Abstract:Sea clutter often restricts radar to detect target. The accuracy of the radar performance assessment is related to accurate simulation of sea clutter. The amplitude distribution of sea clutter is introduced first in this paper. Then this paper discusses the features of temporal and spatial correlation. And a simulation method based on spherically invariant random process was proposed. Finally, results show that the clutter data which is obtained by the method is K distribution and spatialtemporal correlation is satisfied. This method is joint with the composite scattering mechanism and is feasible

At first, the inversion controller design and stability Secondly, the design of the RBF network inversion controller is carried out under the unknown model, and the designed system is proved to be stable and reliable by Lyapunov stability.       Abstract:According to the nonlinear relationship between influencing factors including extracting agent concentration, temperature, pH and time In the extraction process of grape skin pigment and the outputs pigment extraction yield, the improved BP neural network prediction model is established. The traditional BP learning algorithm exists the deficiencies of a slow convergence speed and local extremum,momentum term is introduced to improve learning algorithm. The weights and thresholds of the network are trained、simulated and verified by MATLAB continually using iterative optimization control algorithm on the actual datas. The improved BP neural network has the advantages of high precision, strong generalization ability and strong practicability for pigment extraction yield prediction control, providing a good theoretical basis and prediction method for pigment yield.

      Abstract:An important goal of any caching problem is to reduce traffic in the network, but the energy consumption in the content centeric network is a factor that needed to be considered, including cache energy consumption and transmission energy consumption. This paper presents a traditional relationship between the cache efficiency measures, such as hit rate, and energy consumption. This paper presents a new caching mechanism that can improve the hit rate and also reduce the energy consumption. Besides this paper express this optimization problem in the form of submodular, find the balance of the hit rate and energy consumption through the greedy algorithm, and find a kind of approximate optimal cache mechanism. Finally, the simulation results show that this result can achieve a balanced cache mechanism of hit rate and energy consumption in the content center network.

      Abstract:The FPGA system involves the trigonometric function as the mathematical operation, but the traditional lookup table method takes up more resources, the calculation problem of the lack of precision, is proposed in this paper calculation method of trigonometric function based on CORDIC algorithm. Firstly, the hardware structure of the CORDIC algorithm, and then use the Verilog HDL hardware description language in Quartus II 13.1 in the algorithm is compiled and simulated, and the simulation results and actual results of error analysis, the final choice of EP4CE30F23C6 Altera devices Cyclone E series IV, implements FPGA CORDIC algorithm. The experimental results show that the algorithm can use less hardware resources to achieve high computational accuracy, and the computing speed is fasterand can meet the practical needs of computing.

      Abstract:In order to improve the performance of the image classification, a novel saliency texture feature is proposed. Considering the advantage of the saliency map for representing the texture information, the saliency texture feature is extracted based on the saliency map. This feature is further fused with the HSV color feature, generating a fused image feature which is inputted into the classifier. Results of crossover experiments demonstrate that the fused feature works better than the compared counterpart and has the ability to correctly recognize the image objects. The imageclassification precision rates of the proposed method in SIMPLIcity and Corel5k databases achieved 84.84% and 85.05%, respectively.

      Abstract:The goal of traditional image stitching is to achieve seamless stitching. While the goal of thethreedimensional spherical stitching of GSMS remote sensingimagesis to determine the correspondence between each pixeland latitude and longitude. In this paper, a threedimensional spherical stitching of GSMS images is proposed.First of all,initial image registration can be obtained by contour matching based on the topological position relationwith the help of the GSHHG database. Next, the mismatchedpairs are removed byfeature refinement based on the geometric topological consistency. Then, the mapping relations between the images are obtained throughthe fitted polynomial mapping models. After constructing the optimal seamline searching rule,we search an optimal seamline with dynamic programming and realize the threedimensional spherical stitching with the weighted fusionalgorithm.

      Abstract:Crowd scene analysis is a highly focused research area of the intelligent surveillance. Due to severe occlusions between individuals, different illumination and diverse crowd distributions, it’s a challenging task in crowded environments. In this paper, two kinds of input feature maps of convolutional neural network (CNN) are proposed to characterize crowd motion for abnormal event detection in crowd videos. First, stacked optical flow map and streaklines mapare constructed based on optical flow field. Next, different kinds of feature maps are fed into CNN to train models which are then treated as a classifier for anomaly detection. Finally, the experiments, conducted on publicly available datasets, evaluate the results of different feature maps and show the effectiveness of the proposed method.

      Abstract:To Solving the high false problem of SVD (singular value decomposition) based algorithm, a DDPCA (doubledecomposition principal component analysis) based improved image watermarking algorithm with reliability is proposed in this paper. The principal component of the watermark is extracted with SVD and embedded into the singular values of the host image. Then the second SVD is used creatively. After ISVD, the watermarked image is obtained. Experimental results show that the algorithm proposed is well imperceptible and robust to noising, compression, blurring and geometric attacks.

      Abstract:In order to realize the effective transmission of optical signals,reduce the influence of optical fiber dispersion and nonlinearity on the communication system. In this paper,a new photoelectric dispersion compensation technology based on intermediate dispersion compensation of fiber bragg grating (FBG) is proposed, namely,applying intermediate dispersion compensation based on FBG in the transmission linkand electrical dispersion compensation technique at the receiving end. Through this method, the dispersion compensation of single channel and multichannel system for 40 Gbit/s, zero return (RZ) code signals is realized.Compared with the optical dispersion compensation technology, the compensation performance of photoelectric dispersion compensation technology is better than the optical dispersion compensation technology when the input power is high. At the same time, it can also maintain high Q value, pave the way for the upgrade and expansion of the system.

      Abstract:The dielectric constant and the substrate thickness are the important factors which affect the performance of antenna. In order to verify the change in the impedance bandwidth of the microstrip rectangular patch antenna when varying the thickness of the dielectric substrate in the case of the same relative permittivity.In this paper, four rectangular microstrip patch antennas with operating frequency of 1.95 GHz are designed and simulated by using HFSS. The relative permittivity is 2.2, and the thicknesses of dielectric substratesare 0.8, 1.6, 2.4, 3.2 mm.Comparisonhas been made between the four different patch antennas, such as Sparameters chart and pattern. The simulation resultsverify thatat a given frequency, when choosing the same substrate material, the impedance bandwidth is increases when the thickness increasesas described in the related literature.

      Abstract:CAN bus is mainly applied in the industrialcontrolfield for data communication, aimed at the phenomenon of EMI in CAN communication, this paper analyzes the main cause of itsinterference. Because of the unbalanced circuit, space electromagnetic field and the power grid, CAN bus will be interfered by radiated interference and cause commonmode noise, affecting the quality of data communication.According to the EMC standards, the paper puts forward several solutionsfrom different sides on the basis of physical shielding, circuitfiltering and hardware design.Taking the actual project as an example, the paper uses MATLAB simulation to verify the feasibility of the method from two aspects of the inhibition effect of noise voltage and the affect to normal signal communication.

      Abstract:This paper introduces the working principle of the test signal source of the aircraft power supply system based on DDS, and presents the realization of the threephase sine test signal source with FPGA+MCU. In view of the limitation of DDS (direct digital synthesis) circuit output waveform is limited by the limited memory capacity of ROM, the two ROM is used to store the sine wave data of one period, which reduces the high truncation spurious. The experimental results showed that the signal generator can output frequency accuracy of less than 0.1%, the amplitude accuracy of less than 3%, the threephase sine wave phase accuracy is less than 1%.

      Abstract:This article briefly introduces the working principle of the Beidou receiver module.Combined with the use of Beidou receiver module,using the fault tree analysis method,this article analysis and researches on the problem of Beidou receiver module timing accuracy deterioration.After analysis,the reason for the problem is that the receiving channel of the module can not automatically release,which results in the receiving channel reach saturation so that can not continue to capture the satellite.By upgrading the baseband algorithm software,the method of increasing releasing function of the receiving channel can effectively solve the problem of capturing the satellite in the special environment,The correctness and feasibility of the method is verified by testing,which finally improve the stability of Beidou receiver module,achieve time synchronization between shore and ship,and provide reliable protection to the requirements of tracking and control tasks aboard.The solution of this problem is of great significance to the popularization and application of Beidou receiving module.

      Abstract:The stability and reliability of highprecision timefrequency signal is an important basis for modern navigation. It directly affects the accuracy of system time and navigation results. To solve the problem, the integrity monitoring method for physical time frequency signal has been researched on. In this paper, based on the proposed method, a highprecision timefrequency signal integrity monitoring system has been constructed using the UTC (NTSC) in National Time Service Center of Chinese Academy of Sciences. The system can realtime monitor the performance and the integrity of signal, immediately response to the trouble, resolve the problem and provide the highprecision physical signal more stability and reliability. The integrity monitoring method is verified and applied in many navigation systems and time frequency measurement systems.

The multichannel ultrasonic signal synchronous acquisition system is based on FPGA and STM32 microprocessor, FPGA chip is responsible for simultaneous data acquisition and cache ,as the master chip of the system, STM32 is responsible for transmitting control signals and data transmission. the system could collect 32 channels of ultrasonic signals synchronously at most.The system combines the advantages of FPGA and STM32 microprocessors, it has good working performance, parallel control of each A/D channel, synchronous acquisition of ultrasonic signals, through the Ethernet interface, the data is transmitted to the host computer for storage, display and subsequent data processing. The system is used for data acquisition of each channel of the array probe, the data has good synchronization, and can meet the requirements of synchronous acquisition of ultrasonic testing data.

      Abstract:With the rapid development of highspeed railway, the effective detection of rail cracks for the safe operation of the railway is of great significance. Focused on the problem of rail crack recognition based on magnetic flux leakage signal, multisensor featuredecision fusion technology is adopted, which does the multisensor signal decisionfusion at the same time of the multifeature extraction and fusion of the magnetic flux leakage signal in time domain and frequency domain. And a multisensor information fusion classifier is designed based on SVM. Using the measured magnetic flux leakage signal of artificial crack, compared with the extraction of a single feature and the use of a single sensor signal to identify, the proposed method achieves a better crack recognition effect whose average recognition rate reaches 98%.

      Abstract:In order to meet the requirement of data acquisition in the field of general middle and long distance industrial site,based on the Modbus communication protocol, the light intensity, temperature and humidity data collector is designed. In terms of hardware, STM32 as the main controller, using BH1750 and DHT11 to collect light information and temperature、humidity. In terms of software, reading illuminance based on the I2C protocol, and reading temperature and humidity by the singlewire bus protocol, realizing the communication with the host computer based on the RTU working mode of Modbus protocol. The system test shows that the data collector is stable and the communication between the host computer and the host computer is accurate and reliable, and the multichannel data acquisition device has been successfully applied to a section of highway tunnel lighting system in Guangxi.

      Abstract:In recent years, digital image processing technology has been widely used in the textile industry. In order to achieve highprecision automatic detection of the fabric warp and weft density, this paper designed a set of miniaturized embedded fabric weft density detector. The detector uses ARM architecture processor as the core hardware platform and running on the Linux operating system. The detector uses microoptical lens to capture fabric images, and uses histogram equalization, frequency domain filtering and other image processing algorithms to detect the fabric warp and weft density. In this paper, the hardware design part introduces the system framework and hardware structure of the detection system in detail. The software design part introduces the driver design scheme of the high speed CCD image sensor based on the FIQ interruption system, and the weft density detection algorithm which synthesized various image processing algorithms. Experiments show that for the twill weave denim, the relative error between manual measurement and automatic measurement is less than 1%. The test results are satisfactory and the detector can be mass produced.

This paper mainly introduces the basic idea and implementation steps of the online upgrade, expounds the interaction between the host computer and the lower computer, and gives the key code of the program moving on different sectors of the Flash.Finally,by the analyzing of the three kinds of abnormal upgrading,the results show that the method can guarantee the selfrepair and normal operation when the accident happened during the upgrade process.So this method can fully improve the maintainability and faulttolerant of embedded system, it can be widely used in the online upgrade of equipment.

      Abstract:For the existing card reader system, operating current, to some extent, is too high to use widely. To solve this problem, it is crucial to reduce the power consumption of the system. The system in this article is designed with low power consumption card reader circuit, using Holtek MCU as decoding and controlling chip, using the carrier signal of 125 kHz to finish card searching and card reading. Experimental data show that, quiescent current of the low power consumption system is approximately 5 μA, and maximum current at the time of card reading is 8 mA, which is much lower than the 1 mA quiescent current and the 15mA maximum current of the existing card reader system. Therefore, the system achieves the expected goal of reducing power consumption, and avoids replacing battery frequently. It is appropriate in the field.

In order to explore the sources of urban noise pollution, and the spatiotemporal chacteristics of urban noise pollution, researchers have developed various monitoring approaches and monitoring system, most of which are deployed in fixed sites. Therefore, these existing monitoring systems are difficult to chracterize in a large scale thespetiotemporal distribution of noise pollution in urban areas. In contrast, mobile monitoring systems can offer monitoring data with high spatial resolution. This article reviews the current common monitoring system, such as WSNbased monitoring system and smart phonebased monitoring system, and poionts out the future development of mobile monitoring systems.

Using the improved support vector machine (SVM) to training model, through a large number of data comparison, the accuracy of the improved algorithm is verified, compared with the traditional model, the fitting degree of data is higher. On this basis, developed a pollution degree online monitoring terminal, it can collection the temperature and humidity and luminous flux data, and send the collected data to the background. Developed the online monitoring system of transmission line insulator pollution degree online monitoring system, to achieve the calculation and analysis of the collected data, get the realtime ESDD and draw the curve. Test results show that, this system achieves online monitoring of insulator pollution degree, provide a reference for the operators.

      Abstract:This paper discussed the cowling environment monitor system in launch vehicle, and proposed a new system design based on wireless sensor networks, which had achieved initial experimental verification. The new wireless monitoring system proposed in this paper combines wireless sensor network (ZigBee), mobile data network (GPRS) and Internet (TCP/IP) organically.The wiring itself is cumbersome, damageable, and vulnerable to a variety of distortion and interference due to the long distance transmission. Because the wiring is often built into the infrastructure, it is difficult for sensor installation in hard to reach locations and changing configuration is almost impossible, such as expansion of the number of sensors or sensing modalities. This paper explored the feasibility of Wireless sensor networks (WSN) in launch vehicle, and establish a useful base to WSN application in other spacecraft.

      Abstract:In the development process of intelligent household and workshop project, light intensity need to be detected in many cases. Considering the factors of cost and volume, both illuminometers and the light sensor modules sold on the market can hardly be applied to many occasions. In this paper two cheap photosensitive resistances are used for collecting light source at the same point, and the output after amplification of AD623 is acquired by MCU. By comparing measured values with the actual, the system has a good linearity and accuracy, and can achieve low cost and little volume. Moreover, the complexity of the circuit structure is reduced greatly through adopting a reasonable circuit design.

      Abstract:With the rapid development of computer technology and artificial intelligence, unmanned vehicles have become a new hot spot. In this paper, a verification model of the automatic car is proposed to simulate the unmanned vehicle, and the deep Q network (DQN) algorithm is used to control the automatic car. The algorithm uses reinforcement learning and neural network technology, in the case of less prior knowledge, it can train the neural network according to the obtained sensor information ,then make the right decision to achieve the control of the vehicle and the effect of avoiding obstacles. In addition, this paper verifies the control effect of DQN algorithm on automatic trolley by experimenting in simulated environment. Experimental results show that, after a certain period of training, DQN algorithm can effectively control the automatic car.

      Abstract:In order to overcome the harsh environment such as high temperature, high pressure, strong vibration, and strong impact and so on, rotary steerable rool requires high standard of communication system. Due to the advantage of the high antijamming and reliability, CAN bus technology with less connection lines and better scalability is regarded as the appropriate choice of communication among every module. A control node based on can bus for rotary steerable tool was designed, includes the design of master control module and portable firmware. The master control module, as the communication center of the upper and lower terminal, can realize the instructions transmission and data analysis.The portable firmware design guarantees the reliability and safety of the communication among each module; meanwhile, this design is easily extended to different modules. The experimental results show that this control node for rotary steerable drilling tool meets the requirement of stability and reliability in a high temperature environment (such as 125℃).

It contains multiple independent measurement terminals and a host. The independent measurement is used to construct the virtual boundary based on active infrared intrusion detection technology; meanwhile, the host is used for the personnel management and system parameter setting. This protection device provides functions for predictability alarm and crossingline alarm. By using temperature measurement of pyro electric infrared, distance detection of ultrasonic, the devices anticipate the external factors of working area. With RFID technology, the staff can manage the working area in realtime. This scheme accords with the requirement of the real time control of electrical test equipment, and could be able to protect the safety of electrical working area reliably and effectively. It is of great significance for the realization of the intelligent protection system in field operation.

This paper studies the current test module of the battery charging process. The system realizes the function of mobile payment, mobile phone monitoring charge status and full power automatic poweroff.
