    • Research on the technology of resources optimization to DDS phase accumulator with splitphase storage

      Abstract:Split phase storage technology is presented in recent years, using more physical storage resources to make system work at a higher speed. DDS adopts the technology tends to consume a lot of logical resources. This paper aiming at DDS splitphase storage technology resource depletion problems in practical application, analyzing difficulties in the practical application of this structure from the logic level, then puts forward a cascade splitphase phase accumulator structure to make up for splitphase storage technology in practical application. Taking the optimization to phase accumulator with four phase storage for example, comparing logic resources utilization ratio with and without optimization, the results proves that the optimized structure helps reduce 19.6% combinational logic resource overhead while has no effect on performance. Finally the optimized structure was successfully applied to 500MSPS waveform synthesis and proved its practical value.

      Abstract:In this paper, the output dynamic performance of a voltage controlled constant current source based on the wide used model is researched. It is found that the main factors are integral capacitor and feedback amplification when the load resistor and output current is not changed; the main factor is the value of load resistor when the output current is in a certain range, while the current affection is very small. So the main factors are integral capacitor, feedback amplification and the load resistor. Finally, based on the design requirement of practical circuits, a solution is put forward that makes the dynamic performance better, and it proves the correctness of the conclusion by the simulation and test results of the practical circuit.

      Abstract:For improving the extensibility and generality of automatic calibration system for digital multimeter,on the basis of the indepth study on the principles and functions of calibration instruments in the measurement calibration field, the verification regulation of digital multimeter is taken as the reference in the design of a set of digital verification system for multitype highprecision digital multimeter that is applicable to calibration. First of all, the basic condition of the verification system design is introduced. Next, the principles of the system composition, and the development of the software and hardware are elaborated specifically. It is suggested by experiments that this system is absolutely feasible. Moreover, with superior performance, better stability and reliability, this system which improves the capacity of digital multimeter verification is of great practical value.

      Abstract:To satisfy the needs for testing video process circuit of satellite cameras, this paper researched and designed an image data transformation system of remote sensing camera, which can convert the format of image data processed by video electronic systems and realize the transformation of image data in different modes. Then, the image transformation and realtime imaging will be finished on host computer through Cameralink. This paper mainly describes the major components of the system and the implementation method of FPGA’s modular design. An FPGA of Xilinx XC2V was adopted to make a center unit, the logic of image data transformation is developed with VHDL. The RS232 interface is used to receive instructions from the host computer, and different types of signals are outputted and transformed depending on the instructions. Practical applications show that the imaging result of the system is clear and accurate, the transform system is flexible and can work well. The design meets the requirements of testing video process circuit in several different types of satellite cameras.

      Abstract:Ultrasonic ranging is robot obstacle avoidance methods, but when multiple ultrasonic ranging system used at the same time easy to produce crosstalk problems. Apply pseudo random code m sequence in the ultrasonic ranging system, each for launch ultrasonic encode all the way, make the ultrasonic wave can be emitted by transmitting terminal identification. The launch of the ultrasonic echo of coding and local autocorrelation arithmetic coding, using msequence good autocorrelation characteristic, judge the echo is effective echoes or interference. System can effectively identify the clutter echo and abandon it, so as to avoid occur crosstalk between multiple ultrasonic ranging system. The experimental results show that the system of ranging error is less than 1.9%.

    • Establishment of phase distribution model for CO2 injection wellbore

      Abstract:In order to simulate phase distribution for carbon dioxide injection wellbore, provide theoretical basis for carbon dioxide flooding, save cost on well logging, improve oil recovery efficiency, the phase distribution model was established for carbon dioxide injection wellbore. This paper established the temperature and pressure coupled model along the wellbore, based on the theory of heat transfer, fluid mechanics and energy conservation law. Then the phase distribution map for carbon dioxide injection wellbore can be drawn combined with carbon dioxide phase diagram. At last, the graphical user interface has been composed based on the MATLAB program for the convenience of the user. The phase distribution model which was established by this paper for carbon dioxide injection wellbore was applied to a test well. Through the comparison of data of temperature and pressure between monitoring and simulating, the relative average errors between measuring points and calculating points were obtained. The relative average temperature error was 0.75% and the relative average pressure error was 3.2%.It can mainly satisfy the requirements of accuracy for establishment of phase distribution model for carbon dioxide injection wellbore. The model can conduct production of carbon dioxide flooding, optimize the injection parameters and increase oil recovery efficiency.

      Abstract:Camshift algorithm requires the target have a large color similarity between the adjacent frames , the target is easy to get lost when moving in high speed or occlusion appears. Aiming at this, an improved Camshift algorithm is proposed ,which contains a weighted color probability distribution and localsearchguiding mechanism, combining with the Kalman filter forecasting model.The experiments show that, this algorithm have a good tracking effect in complex background when object moves in highspeed or it is occluded.

      Abstract:To solve the problem of image deformation on the small AMOLED display, which caused by loss of gray level, a gray level compensation algorithm is proposed. First of all, test data of gray level display is acquired at different luminance. According to the test data, the mapping between brightness change and loss of gray level is established. Finally, using a nonlinear gray level compression method to process an input image, image distortion for loss of gray level is compensated. The software simulation and hardware test result show that the algorithm can effectively compensate abnormal display gray level because of AMOLED display brightness variation, and make it normal display. Therefore, the algorithm is enabling the small AMOLED display to display gray level properly at different brightness.

      Abstract:Parametric identification method of power electronic circuits is studied in this paper. The electrolytic capacitors feature parameters can be obtained by setting the monitoring signals based on this method. The new method based on finite difference method and genetic algorithm for the parameter identification of power electronic circuits is proposed. Taking the BuckBoost converter circuit as an example, the parameter identification of power electronic circuits is achieved. Firstly, the BuckBoost converter’s transfer function model is established. Secondly, the output voltage and the inductor input voltage are selected as monitoring signals. The finite difference method is used to preliminary calculate and the genetic algorithm is used to estimate the circuit’s parameter. The experimental results show that the new method can be effectively applied in the parameter identification of power electronic circuits.

      Abstract:The paper presents an approach which, combines the particle swarm algorithm and gray forecast model, can effectively improve the Meter accuracy. The implementation of particle swarm nonhomogeneous grey system, using MATLAB programming, uses a small amount of the instrument known error data as training data to get the fullscale error fitting model. Then the model can be used to amend all values in the range. The system has the advantages of economy, practicality and high accuracy characteristic proved by experiments.

    • Research on face detection system based on multiskin color models

      Abstract:In this paper, a variety of color models for face detection system are examined, detailed analysis of the interfixed threshold segmentation method, Gaussian skin color model and Otsu, respectively, on the Caltech library of color face experiments. The experimental results show that under different lighting conditions and the background environment, three color segmentation model is not consistent, but the main factors is the lighting conditions. By analyzing large amounts of data, get the lighting conditions of the three models to achieve the best results when dividing. Combined with Y channel information, present a new face detection algorithm with three color models automatically switching based on the lighting conditions. Compared to the past face detection system with a signal skin color model, the new system is more stable and adapt to the environment.

      Abstract:Eye Tracking and locating is very important in autostereo display. When the system get the precise location of the double eyes and adjust the according parameters, the viewer can have the true feeling of stereo scene. The article uses a general to specific way to track the face and then locate the eye precisely. The red eye effect can help choose the candidates of eye regions. We use Adaboost to detect face and eye. In the face tracking part, we use the Adaboost cascade result to generate the likelihood model in particle filtering. And last the projection method is used to find the location of the pupil. The experiment shows that this method has greatly improved the speed of eye tracking and locating to 100f/s and well satisfied the requirements of the system.

      Abstract:The traffic accidents caused by tire has become “the first killer” when cars driving on the expressway. In order to improve the safety of driving, The effectively monitor system of the abnormal condition of the automobile tire, such as burst, leakage ,inflation pressure and excessive inflation pressure is needed. And the TPMS system has been more and more popular, but the current TPMS in market have high cost and price. So a system with lowpower, antiinterference, low cost and other advantages is designed in this paper. The LF wakeup technology is introduced in the system which based on the PIC Series MCU. Through simulation experiments, the system can achieve the automobile tire pressure detection index . So it has high performance price ratio and certain development value.

      Abstract:A solar charging management system is put forward to improve the energy efficiency of solar panels. The solar charging management system in this paper, MSP430F2274 microcontroller is used as microprocessors, dynamically adjusts the digital potentiometer (MAX5401), causing the chip voltage (Vmpptset) of the BQ24650 (ie solar maximum power voltage) dynamically changes. The dynamic adjustment process is the process of maximum power point tracking (MPPT). An improved perturbation observation is used as the MPPT Algorithm. Dynamic PowerPath Management based on the PWM technique is used to dynamically allocate the energy between the photovoltaic panel and the leadacid battery, which improves the energy efficiency of the system. A solar simulator is designed to carry out experiments. the results show that the MPPT efficiency is at around 98%, after adding the dynamic power path management technology the energy efficiency of solar panels increases by 16%. The times of the charge and the discharge of the leadacid battery is reduced.

      Abstract:This paper introduced the problem of traditional power system in terms of reliability, this design using DSP to detect and control the power system module, through bypassing fault module and accessing normal module to improve the reliability of the whole power system. The comprehensive utilization of the system of digital and analog circuit, so that the traditional space power intelligent to achieve high reliability, using digital chip for the management of the power supply module, improves the precision and service life of the module. Through the test, the power supply system achieved the isolation and redundancy design of the module, for voltage regulation scheme, making point by point acquisition, realized module regulating control, verified the feasibility and correctness of the design.

      Abstract:According to the weakness of traditional oscilloscope problems such as large volume and inconvenience, the project base on FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array) strong performance to develop a handheld digital oscilloscope. The system use Altera FPGA as the main control chip to design a logic control circuit. And it use the Quartus II development tools and Verilog HDL language to describe the functions such as control logic, clock distribution, sampling buffer, trigger, frequency and amplitude measuring, etc. System design the SOPC Builder to build the Nios II soft core processor, and it through the C language programming to realize the touch control, display control functions. The test result shows that the oscilloscope system work is stable, and it has high performance and practicality. The project has reference value in the research of the handheld digital oscilloscope.

      Abstract:On the basis of traditional single video monitoring system,a monitoring project is established based on LabVIEW and a MCU chip in order to improve the monitoring efficiency and reduce relying on human, which connects multichannel data of temperature, humidity, smog, infrared signal. Meanwhile,the scheme can effectively solve the problem of remote control of air conditioning, humidifier, fan and the camera rotation with 24hour and multichannel monitoring without dead angle ,ensuring the integrity of the data and smooth video.Sample data based on TCP protocol are sent to the server,while commands data are pushed to the server via UDP protocol for real time and data reliability in a separate and parallel data current way.Experiments and onspot testing show that the system perfectly control and monitor the warehouse remotely with the characteristics of highdegree automation, efficiency, data credibility and errortolerance and satisfying the warehouse monitoring practical need.

      Abstract:As a kind of graphical virtual instrument programming language, LabVIEW has more advantages on signal generation, analysis and processing.It can be used to design virtual adaptive noise cancellation system, which can be applied in practical engineering of noise cancellation performance test validation.Based on the extraction of useful signals under strong background noise problem, this paper introduces the principle of adaptive noise cancellation, adaptive filtering algorithm and the three basic steps and process are expounded.Based on virtual instrument LabVIEW graphical programming language, virtual adaptive noise cancellation system is designed , and the system structure is simple, good manmachine interface.Under the system the three kinds of adaptive filtering algorithm are used to verify the noise cancellation performance, the results showed that the three kinds of adaptive filtering algorithm of filtering performance accords with the actual analysis, the validity and the correctness of the design is verified by the system.

      Abstract:In this study, an intellectual prealarm system of mine shaft based on digital optical, ZigBee technical and power carrier communication was proposed, which focused on the mine accidents’ frequent breakout. The whole system consists of three modules: infrared sensor network, ZigBee wireless sensor network and storing and transmitting system based on ARM. And this system has some significant advantages. Firstly, this system can monitor the environment parameters of underground and know the workers’ position information in time. Secondly, this system can avoid the transmission obstacles of underground and multipath interference and it satisfies the nation’s intrinsically safe specification well. Thirdly, this system can warn when the environment is dangerous and give the workers an ability to raise the alarm actively. In a word, this system is good for the improvement of warn and rescue in underground.

      Abstract:A vibration damping design of MEMS AHRS has been proposed to reduce the effect of vibration environment. The effect of vibration environment on the MEMS AHRS performance has been analyzed based on the working principle of the MEMS inertial sensors. A damping structure of MEMS AHRS has been designed. And a variable step size adaptive smoothing filter used to smooth the vibration acceleration has been designed based on the characteristics of MEMS inertial sensors under the vibration environment. Then, the smoothed acceleration and the gyroscopes’ information were fused to realize the attitude estimation under the vibration environment. The damping design and the data processing algorithm of MEMS AHRS under the vibration environment has been proved by the vibration test.

      Abstract:A battery internal pressure tester with high performance pressure sensors,matching package structure and data collecting and storing software and hardware has been developed. This system is applicable to batteries with either aqueous or organic electrolyte. With high precision,it can determine battery internal pressure quantitatively . Meanwhile,it is simple to handle and responds quickly,which makes it possible for in situ measurement of a battery’s internal pressure.In the test of a nickel metalhyoride(MHNi) batteries,results show that there is a linear relationship between stable internal pressure and state of charge. Li4Ti5O12/LiCoO2 and Li4Ti5O12/LiMn2O4 18650 type batteries have also been investigated,and a quantitative description of the gassing behavior has been given.

      Abstract:TDI/CCD has an extensive application in the aerospace industry. In the field of aerospace remote sensing, CCD driving signal influents the quality of CCD output directly, and the CCD timing pulse generation circuit plays an important role in the CCD driving circuit. Therefore, research on simulation and validation of CCD driving timing is meaningful. In this paper, the simulation for CCD driving timing program is studied, and a normative and efficient simulation procedure is proposed, which can effectively eliminate unqualified CCD signals. As long as all the timing requirements described are satisfied, demands for CCD driving signal can be met. The simulation method proposed in this paper is applied in several satellites.

      Abstract:In order to improve the measurement precision and antiinterference performance of the tricolour linear CCD measurement system while ensuring the processing speed, kinds of signal processing methods were summarized and tested in this paper, and new optimization method were proposed. This paper introduced the character of the linear CCD sensor and its driving circuit. Emphatically analyzed the CCD signal processing in the measuring system, showed the CCD output signal feature, voltage division comparing circuit and micro control unit sampling sequence. Experiment results turn out that system processing speed, precision and antiinterference capability have significantly improved. The optimization design begins to use in position controller in printing industry.

      Abstract:Aiming at the problem that the correlation of two sets of data with time delay can’t be detected effectively,a parallel moving search method based on Maximal Information Coefficient(MIC) is proposed.According to the practical application of the scene, set the appropriate parallel moving search window and step, obtain the time delay estimation value by the position with the maximum MIC value.Apply these methods on the correlation analysis of the equipment installation surface temperature data in aerospace and M1CPI data in economics, results show that if two sets of data have correlation but with a time delay in time domain,using this method can detect the correlation and time delay effectively.

      Abstract:Traditional PN code acquisition algorithm is effectless for high dynamic Doppler shift signals.This paper presents acquisition methods based on FFT . It considers Doppler frequency change rate in high dynamic environment and improves the model of the received signal. It divides traditional twodimensional search algorithm into the separate estimation of Doppler frequency offset and frequency change rate as well as pseudocode phase. The complexity and signaltonoise ratio of Doppler frequency shift estimation method, Matching Fourier Transform and Delay Selfcorrelation, and code phase circular correlation estimation method are analysed and improved. The simulation by using MATLAB verifies that the algorithm is correct and effective.

      Abstract:As a command carrier of the motordriven system, signal integrity of PWM has impacts on reliability and ability to fulfill tasks for the whole system. However, there few research report at home and abroad. A newtype circuit of fault protection and diagnosis is proposed for improving the signal integrity of PWM during transmission. A series of logical operations are to deal with PWM from DSP and signals modulated by drivers in this circuit. And decision thresholds are set up by hardware circuits, the PWM output is inhibited when noncoincidence value between the two signals is larger than decision thresholds. It is verified by experiments that, this circuit can be able to diagnose faults in time, and parts of fault can be insulated, if a sudden change or big delay occurs during PWM transmission. So that it plays a protective role for power devices, and the reliability of the motordriven system is improved.

      Abstract:Ground penetrating radar (GPR) is a recently developed technology for nondestructive examination (NDE). It can be used to image the buried objects with high resolution. But GPR can’t directly tell an object metallic or not, and can’t give accurate depth of detected object. We developed a device based on electromagnetic induction (EMI) and GPR. This device can discriminate metallic object from others easily and give its accurate depth. We tested the device on a modal and got a satisfied result.

      Abstract:Near space communication network is an important part of the space information network in the future.There are a large number of bursty traffic in the near space and competitive multiple access protocol is the main measure to solve. In the simulation model, through the MATLAB simulation of the SoltALOHA (SALOHA) protocol and Non persistent CSMA (npCSMA) protocol, compare the properties with bursty traffic increases the change trend in the near space network. According to the simulation results, npCSMA protocol is more suitable for near space network than SALOHA protocol.

We propose the interactive process of CFFTP, and how to realize it on server and client. This protocol can make full use of the LAN bandwidth to increase data transmission speed over network. Simulation results shows that the data speed is about 10 Gbps. We also test this new protocol on our TestBed, due to the restriction of the reading rate on RAID(600-800MB/s), the transmission rate is 6 Gbps.

      Abstract:According to the requirement of high real time in an infrared detection system, by studying the characteristics of the 1553B protocol, a 1553B bus interface program is proposed and the hardware and software implementation of the program in an infrared detection system is detailed. The infrared detection system of a missile is used to track space dim target, and realtime communication is required to achieve the purpose of adjusting operating parameters timely. Using BU65170 as 1553B protocol processing unit, and FPGA as the core control unit to control BU65170 to read and write messages timely and parse the received information. Experimental results show that the 1553B bus interface program has high real time and stability, and provide a feasible solution to meet the high real time in an infrared detection system.
