    • The calibration method for cable tester output voltage

      Abstract:Cable tester output voltage has the features of high resistance and short time, the traditional calibration methods can not meet the requirements, leading to inaccurate results. To solve these problems, the authors in the process of developed JJF 14572014, select typical cable testers to source internal resistance test, select common voltmeters to response time test. Experiments show that the cable testers internal source impedance of approximately 10 kΩ ~ 2 MΩ, voltmeter response time of approximately (0.5~1.0) s. Through experiments, has reached the conclusions that the standard voltmeters internal resistance should be higher than 1 GΩ and the response time should be less than the output voltage duration of the instrument was been calibrated.

    • Design of the PZT driver system for fast steering mirror

      Abstract:A PZT drive system for fast steering mirror was designed and tested. Firstly, the driving principle of fast steering mirror was analyzed, and the main design specifications were determined; then PA92 was taken the driving core, and the input stage circuit, filter circuit and the high voltage amplification were designed. The system has three driving channel, a fixed 100 V output and two 0-100 V variable output, can realize pushpull motion for fast steering mirror. The actual test results show that: the nonlinearity of the output voltage is 0.075%, the maximum ripple peak voltage is 8.2 mV, for the equivalent of 10 μ F driving load, 100V large signal step response rise time and fall time is about 290 μs, the actual driving S340 fast steering mirror, -3 dB bandwidth to achieve 326 Hz. The PZT drive system can improves the fast mirror frequency response range.

      Abstract:On the basis of Dynamic Partial Reconfiguration (DPR) method Early Access Partial Reconfiguration (EAPR), design method of selfreconfiguration embedded system implemented on FPGA is studied. The hardware platform of the embedded system containing a custommade IP is built by integrating merchant IPs resorting to the development tool ISE12.4 provided by Xilinx. Twodimension reconfiguration technology is used in the design of the system which includes three Reconfigurable Partitions (RPs) and four Reconfigurable Modules (RMs) are available to each RP. Afterward, it is implemented on Virtex5 FPGA to verify the feasibility of the method. Via this method, the development complexity is reduced while development flexibility is improved, achieving lower cost, less time to market and power consumption reduction.

      Abstract:With the increasing of Internet of Things technology, mechanisms to efficiently and accurately to a large number of mobile notes are of interest. Data failover occur due to the unstable of GPRS and the timeliness of broadcast data items. How to ensure the timeliness of broadcast data, lower power consumption and reduce the access time is a fatal problem. Some major broadcast scheduling algorithms of multiple data items including QEM, improvement QEM as well as in ondemand broadcast mode their adaptive are briefly introduced. For the two subproblem in ondemand broadcast mode, the query selection problem and the broadcast scheduling problem, we also propose minimum delay time preference algorithm and maximum data access frequency preference algorithm for both them respectively. The results of theoretical analysis, simulation and spot tests show that the algorithm aroused in this article reduces the access time, improve the system performance.

      Abstract:Due to the high speed of data transmission in data acquisition system, the system need ensure the high speed data storage speed. This paper introduces a new bad block management of NAND Flash in a NAND Flash storage system, which is based on judging and jumping bad blocks by the unit of page. Compared with the traditional management by the unit of block, this design guarantees the speed of programming won’t decrease if bad blocks appear , improves the utilization rate of Flash storage resource, and decreases occupying the resource of cache. This design used in a high speed data acquisition system based on FPGA,test result shows that the bad block management makes sure the speed almost remain the same when bad blocks occur, and handles the NAND Flash bad block issues correctly with highly stability.

      Abstract:In order to meet the needs of flight height information of a small unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), designing a kind of detecting system adopting the MEMS height pressure sensor and it is used to obtain the relative height of UAV. It uses the outside ambient temperature to compensate the error of relative height at the same time. The system adopts a MS5611 digital atmospheric pressure sensor to obtain pressure value and temperature value of the outside world, and adopts the microprocessor STM32F103 to deal with the related data and control detecting system. Besides, Elaborating the theory of detecting barometric altitude, the design scheme of hardware circuit and software algorithm of the detecting system. Finally, the experimental data show that this design scheme can meet the needs of UAV for height measurement.

    • Defects online detection system design for formed foil based on machine vision

      Abstract:This paper designed a defect online detection system for formed foil based on machine vision, in order to solve several problems in the detection of formed foil, such as inefficiency, high labor intensity and low defection precision. Aiming at low contrast of the images of formed foil, in view of different types of defects needing different light source, with special illumination mode, this system used highperformance CCD to acquire images, was based on OPENCV and programmed for visual operation interface applying VS2008, worked in with the following algorithm to detect defects. In the subsequent processing part, this paper applied the methods of CLAHE and Niblack’s local adaptive threshold working in with the blob analysis to design the extraction algorithm, and applied the methods of Hough transformation and mask to design the removal algorithm of background around edge region. According to many experimental results of the system applying on the actual formed foil production line, this system can detect defects accurately.

      Abstract:This paper presents a simulator for a video processing circuit system of satellite cameras, which fulfills test requirements of each part of circuits of the video process system before being assembled. The simulator can generate simulated video digital signals, control signals of the camera management controller, and image the digital signal of the information processor. FPGA was adopted to act as a center unit, the logic of the simulator is developed with VHDL, The RS232 interface is used to receive instructions from the host computer and simulate telemetry and telecommand. Test results show that the simulator can fully conduct testing of the imaging circuit system and can shorten the debugging time. It is a very important equipment in development of the video process circuit system.

      Abstract:It presents an SVMbased gait classification method to the problem of positioning accuracy in pedestrian inertial navigation because of the differences between walking and running. The algorithm divides pedestrian gaits into walking and running in real time using an SVM classifier. The original gait data was collected from an IMU installed on the foot. The establishment of training data includes coordinates transformation, FFT and dimension reduction. Tests of several walking and running data on both constant and variable speed are used to verify this method, according to the Gaussian distribution in SVM space. The results show a 98.6% successful rate of real time classification using SVM.

      Abstract:According to the high development cost and high power consumption problems of CNC system of plate bending machine based on industrial control computer and PLC or motion control card, designed an embedded CNC system based on ARM and CPLD. Using S3C2416 and EPM570T144C5 as the main control chip, and the design of hardware, CPLD program and software of the CNC system was introduced in detail in this paper. Through experiments and simulation of the system, the results showed that the system has good stability and reliability. The system can be flexible in handling different interface modules, with small volume, low power consumption, and can be applied to three or four roller bending machine or other industrial control applications.

      Abstract:In order to meet the need of radar testing in the state of antenna being offline, a signal simulation system of radar antenna azimuth based on FPGA is designed. The signal simulation of radar antenna azimuth is very important for the test of radar signal processor. The PWM signal,direction control signal and braking signal of motor given by servo control system are used to compute the azimuth position of radar antenna which is processed to be simulating pulses of optical encoder sensor and outputed to radar signal processor. The simulation system has such advantages as that the attributes of input/output signal are in line with those of radar antenna and the method is simple to implement, which has been applied to the radar testing system of a certain type. Practice proves that the effect is good.

      Abstract:A flow cytometer control system using FPGA is designed. The traditional flow cytometry control system is very large and complex, with dozens circuit boards, hundreds or even thousands of chips. With the advantages of FPGA’s high speed, multiSelectIO interface and abundant logic resources, the control system can be optimized to a simple circuit board, with no more than a dozen chips. The improvements increase the reliability of the whole system, up the system process speed to megahertz. In FPGA algorithm, many difficulty problems are solved easily, such as multichannel data synchronization, peak search, area integration, etc. The control system can achieve up to 8 channels A/D data synchronous acquisition, 16 channel D/A output, several digital I/O output. In the experiment, a variety of control operations are steady achieved, and the 8peak rainbow calibration particles is measured and displayed.

      Abstract:The quality and performance of mineral oil used in the industrial production is closely related to oil trace moisture content. Excess moisture contamination would lead to Oil degradation and aggravating the corrosion and wear of the equipment. So moisture content is one of the routine testing of industrial oil. Accurate online monitoring of moisture content in oil is particularly important whether before using or in using. Analog the definition of water activity in food, This paper deduced the definition of water activity in oil according to related principles of equilibrium thermodynamics. This paper established a link between water activity and relative humidity and convert the measurement of water activity to the relative humidity measurement. This paper expounded the science and rationality of using water activity to describe the moisture content in oil by quoting the concept of saturation margin. And proposed a trace moisture measurement in oil base on water activity. The result shows that this measurement method has good has good precision and can describe the changes of moisture content in oil effectively.

      Abstract:Systems on Chip implemented with deep submicron,in order to solve due to the temperature uncertainty induced by process variation, proposed a MultiTemperature and Low Power Test Scheduling method. The method adopted to build multiple temperature sensor in the chip, through the temperature sensor to sense the temperature of the builtin, multipoint collection in the core part of SoC, the highest value of using temperature feedback to the control system, temperature regulation and control. The scheduling test satisfies a condition in the temperature, power consumption and bus bandwidth situation, avoid chip local overheating. Experimental results on ITC′02 benchmark circuits show that ,compared with the literature [2], the method can guarantee the chip thermal safety at the same time, the average CPU time decreased by more than 10.33%, the test application time average reduction of 11.14%

      Abstract:The system of synthetic aperture radar imaging based on vector network analyzer and sliding rail, which are general equipments in laboratory, can acquire lowcost data to validate the theory and algorithm of imaging and provide effective validation of real system construction. The combined control of vector network analyzer and sliding rail by C# codes and the “StopGo” method of measurement for objects are demonstrated. At last, through the timedelay characteristics of the measured data of S21 parameter, the objects are twodimensionally imaged by range and azimuth processing. In compare with the real spatial positions of the objects, the system is proved to be valid and effective.

      Abstract:This paper introduces a design method of radar data acquisition system, which developed a timing circuit by FPGA based on the Beidou SoC. The circuit generates all timing signals which radar needs when accesses it, and adds Beidou time to radar data. In order to achieve the time precision of data acquisition system required, the timing signals are kept step with 1PPS signal output by Beidou, which ensures the radar ranging system and angle encoder systems correctly placed the data on the data bus. The design realized data collection, track simulation, data forwarding, Karman filtering and other functions, reducing the system interface board, integration and stability is greatly improved. It plays an important role to the miniaturization of the radar data acquisition system.

      Abstract:The data transmission scheme and interface circuit for towed seismic exploration instrument are introduced in this paper. The STM32F103ZET are used as the core processor in the circuit system, which is based on TCP/IP protocols. According to the requirement of high speed and reliability transmission of the measured data in the scheme, the batched packets acknowledge mechanism and the frame recheck mechanism are proposed. The technology of optimization of the number of copies and adaptive congestion control algorithm are improved. Finally, the performance of the system is evaluated and the results show that the improved scheme is running stably and reliably in the real system, the data transmission speed and effectiveness can satisfy the requirement of the towed seismic exploration system well.

      Abstract:Large current discharge to battery, which is required in order to measure the ohmic internal resistance for stateof charge(SOC) estimation adopted by conventional internal resistance method, may pose security risks to electrical load during online operation. To solve this problem, this paper proposes a technique based on harmonic impedance measurement technology to estimate storage battery SOC online: discharges the objective storage batteries with periodic and small current, measuring the discharge current and terminal voltage of the battery during the discharge process, calculate the harmonic impedance of the storage battery according to Fourier analysis technique, least squares method is used for numerical simulation of harmonic impedance data to get the objective battery ohmic resistance, and finally realizes the online estimation for the storage battery SOC without the large current discharge operation required in conventional methods.

      Abstract:For the need of modern industrial safety testing of surface and nearsurface defect detection of nonferromagnetic workpieces, based on the principle of eddy current testing and the giant magnetoresistive (GMR) sensors, Nondestructive Testing method is an effective eddy current testing technique which has a lot of advantages such as the high sensitivity, high resolution, wide operating frequency range (0Hz to MHz), small sensor volume and simple signal processing circuit and easy integration. In this paper, one simple and excellent GMRbased eddy current system is designed. The GMR sensor with high sensitivity of 30mv/Oe, the microcontroller STM32based direct digital synthesis signal generation method and phaselock technique are used in this system. The results show that the GMRbased eddy current system can detect the presence of the defective on the surface or under the aluminum plate surface 2 mm, the shape and location can be known by multichannel scanning. The system can accurately perform nondestructive testing of surface or nearsurface defect detection for nonmagnetic metals.

      Abstract:According to the detection requirement of gas velocity in exhaust pipe of water heater , a kind of detecion device based on venturi effect had been researched. The venturi tube connected to the exhaust pipe of gas water heater, as well as the detection system based on LabVIEW, have been developed. The differential pressure from the venturi tube is detected by integrated silicon micro differential pressure sensor and calibrated in experiment. Compared to the result detected by digital anemometer, it proves the accuracy of the detection device introduced in this paper can meet the application requirements. This research have laid a solid foundation for the future development of gas velocity detector which applied in household appliance, with low cost and high precision.

      Abstract:Light leak degree is one of the most important parameters of piston ring. To make the automatic measuring instrument of piston ring light leak degree more precise and realtime, and solve the problem of rotation winding of camera wire, an embedded system based on FPGA and DSP is designed. The paper introduces the overall design scheme, and hardware & software architecture of the system. Combined with an angle encoder to provide external trigger signal, a wireless transceiver to transmit instructions and datas with computer, and a rotation connector to supply the system with power, the accuracy and processing speed of the system are effectively guaranteed. Meanwhile, these methods solve the problem of camera wire winding fundamentally. Experiments show that the system measures light leak degree accurately and has a good repeatability, and meets the requirements of relevant standards and engineering application.

      Abstract:In order to reduce downtime caused by power electronic equipment faults and maintain devices in advance, the research of power electronic circuit soft fault diagnosis is of great significance. Therefore, the soft fault diagnosis methods based on back propagation neural network (BPNN) and support vector machine(SVM) are studied . Single output and multiple output BPNN models are used in the fault diagnosis methods, respectively. As for SVM, onevsall(OVA) and onevsone(OVO) algorithms are adopted. Taking DC/DC conversion circuit with feedback control as an example, the effectiveness of these diagnosis algorithms are verified and the fault diagnosis performances are evaluated.

      Abstract:Multiple antennas technique which is introduced into UWB system is an effective method to improve transmission quality, enhance the system performance and decrease the bit error rates (BER). However, the large number of antennas requires lots of expensive hardware. Combining antennas selection and power optimization technique can decrease hardware cost and complexity, and enhance the system performance. In the case of knowing entire channel state information (CSI), in this paper, maximum ratio transmission (MRT) and transmit antennas selection (TAS) technique are introduced at the transmitter. Based on the maximal channel power gain which is adopted as an antennas selection criteria, the better antenna subset (MT,2;MR) is always operated on the system, and then the selected double antennas transmit power are allocated by the MRT technique. Simulation results show that the bit error rate (BER) of the UWB system obtain obvious improvement after combining MRT with TAS.

      Abstract:State of charge (SOC) is one of the most important parameters for the battery management system. Due to the aircraft battery complex working conditions and strong nonlinear, it brings difficulties for the battery online SOC estimation. In order to improve the aircraft battery online SOC estimation accuracy under complicated stress condition, the temperature and discharge rate characteristics of battery performance parameters were researched. Then, this paper puts forward a improved EKF method which combine EKF algorithm with RLS algorithm. This method not only can realize online identification of the equivalent circuit model parameter, but also can realize the online SOC eatimation. This method was physical verified through experimental, and the experimental results show that the improved EKF method can enhance the online SOC estimation obviously, the accuracy can reach above 0.5%.

      Abstract:To achieve remote access to wallpaper machine dryer temperature detection, a temperature data transmission of Ethernet communication interface is designed. PT100 is used as the temperature sensor and the input circuit is built as well. A temperature signal acquisition system is established with controller STM32F103 whose A/D converter is used to convert voltage into data. W5500 chip is used as Ethernet network interface chip and high speed data transmission between STM32F103 and W5500 is carried out through the new high speed SPI interface. The Ethernet communication interface is easily achieved with W5500 own TCP/IP protocol stack instead of transplanting protocol stack. The test result shows that data transmission is reliable and fast through this interface.

      Abstract:In order to solve the problems in the traditional satellite network routing algorithms, such as: it is difficult to avoid the link switching and the problems of the routing reset and distribution control which is caused by it. A new algorithm called ICFRA is proposed in this paper. It improved the existing satellite network routing algorithms and based on comprehensive cost factors. The ICFRA try to find a shortest propagation path between the source node and the destination node by adjacent satellites ,then forward the data packets to the destination node .Through the NS2 software simulation, it shows the new algorithm is better than the existing algorithms in terms of key performance indicators such as network capacity, delivery rate, stability, delay,invulnerability. This new algorithm has some reference value for the future design of satellite communications routing algorithms.

      Abstract:In industrial control, for the problem of controlling the actuator directly by PC and data processing, we design the serial communication system by using RS232 serial cable to connect PC and CPU board. By using the Windows Forms module of .NET Framework and the properties、events and methods of its commonly used controls, we design the PC software. It can realize the goal of downloading compiled files from PC to CPU board,sending function commands,receiving response data, and it has realtime display for communication process. Practical use verifies that the serial communication of this system is correct, It has a friendly interface,advantages of strong function and easy operation,and good practicality.

And according to the Nearflied effect and nonstationaries over the large aperture array of Massive MIMO system, we improve the convention nonline of site (NLOS) channel model. In the system simulation, we using a 128 element linear array at the base station and calculate the steering matrix of transmit array with strict wave path difference between different antenna element. Then we can obtain transmit correlation matrix and generate the corresponding channel matrix by Kronecker channel model. The paper compared and analyzed the effects of different precoding methods and scatters on channel capacity. The channel construction and analysis can more accurate on representing the channel characterizes of Massive MIMO, which has the strong theory value and the practice significance.
