    摘要:

    针对变电站巡检机器人充电问题,在分析电磁耦合谐振无线电能传输原理的基础上,给出了电磁耦合谐振无线输电数学模型,并进行了实验测试研究。研究结果表明:当传输距离增大后,接收端的电压表现为随之降低的变化趋势,而近距离的大线圈可以测试更强的耦合作用,能够接收的电压也更高。引入三维线圈来改进线圈结构,有效提高了接收端在各个方向上的能量接收效率。接收端包含了3个正交线圈与相应的电容,并在在交变电磁场中发生机械转动,因此在任意角度下都将有一个线圈和发射端处于最强耦合状态,可以为负载输出最大功率。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the charging problem of inspection robot in substation, the mathematical model of electromagnetic coupling resonant wireless transmission is presented based on the analysis of the principle of electromagnetic coupling resonant radio energy transmission. The results show that the voltage at the receiving end will show a decreasing trend when the transmission distance increases, while the large close-range coil can test stronger coupling effect and receive higher voltage. Three-dimensional coils are introduced to improve the structure of the coils. The receiving end contains 3 orthogonal coils and corresponding capacitors, and the mechanical rotation occurs in the alternating electromagnetic field. Therefore, there will be a coil and the transmitting end in the state of the strongest coupling at any angle, which can output the maximum power for the load.
