Abstract:In recent years, building dynamic logic gates based on cellular neural network is a new research direction. Due to the fact that the nonlinear characteristic has strong nonlinear characteristics and rich dynamic mode, it has a unique advantage in building flexible and reconfigurable logic gate.In this paper, the design of logical function based on cellular neural network is proposed. Firstly, designed standard uncoupled template parameters of cellular neural network solving process of the two input linearly separable Boolean function "and" and "or", then presented the cells by using opamp circuit design and timing simulation results of function transformation. In this way, the other 12 kinds of two input linearly separable Boolean functions’ template parameters were analyzed, thus under the condition of the fixed circuit structure, changing parameters can dynamically adjust the Boolean logic functions.
