    摘要:

    为了快速地找出光电雷达电子部件的故障部件,缩短故障排查的时间,设计并实现了一套以光电雷达为基础的故障检测系统。系统以VC++为开发平台,根据实际经验分析了光电雷达电子部件常见故障,以此为基础建立了基于电子部件的故障树。在给出了底事件的概率的基础上分析并求出了顶事件发生的概率,计算出故障树各个部件对整个系统故障影响的重要度,对量级上进行分析比较,从而找出对系统发生故障影响较大的部件。经验证,利用该方法故障检测效果很好,能快速找到故障源且准确率大大提高。

    Abstract:

    In order to quickly find out the fault components of the electronic components of the photoelectric radar, and shorten the time of troubleshooting, a fault detection system based on photoelectric radar is designed and realized. System based on VC + + development platform, according to the practical experience of photovoltaic radar electronic components common faults are analyzed. Based on this, a fault tree based on electronic components is established. In the probability of bottom events is given on the basis of the analysis and the probability of top event to occur, to calculate the importance of all parts of the fault tree to the whole system, analysis and comparison of the order of magnitude, to find a larger influence on the system's failure parts.It is verified that the method can quickly find the fault source and the accuracy can be greatly improved by using this method.
