    摘要:

    涡轮流量计被广泛应用于过程测量和控制仪表。但是,涡轮流量计容易受被测流体粘度的干扰,导致现场测量精度不高、量程比受限。针对涡轮流量传感器的非线性特性,本文研制了基于MSP430的涡轮流量计实时数字信号处理系统,将传感器测量到的数据经过线性插值法处理,然后存储在带电可擦可编程只读存储器中,实现了对涡轮传感器的非线性校正,从而涡轮流量计的测量范围明显地得到扩大。同时该仪表还具有4~20mA电流输出、频率输出以及RS485通信功能,便于和工业仪表兼容。

    Abstract:

    Turbine flowmeter is widely used in process measurement and control instrument. However, turbine flowmeter is susceptible to interference caused by fluid viscosity, and the measurement precision in practical applications cannot be ensured and the turndown ratio is limited. Aiming at the nonlinear characteristic of the turbineshedding sensor, a realtime digital signal processing system was developed based on MSP430, and the system obviously implements the nonlinear correction to vortex senor by storing the datas processed with linear interpolation of the sensor in the Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory. Meanwhile, the flowmeter also has a 4~20mA current output , frequency output and RS485 communication function which make it compatible with industrial instrumentation.
