    摘要:

    随着移动性电子设备的广泛应用和电池技术的不断发展,蓄电池的测试实验平台在电池的研究探索过程中显得越发重要。为了实现实时监控蓄电池的电压、电流、温度等数据,以及蓄电池的充放电状态切换的功能,设计了一种基于LabVIEW的蓄电池测试实验平台。实验平台由硬件和软件两部分组成,首先从数据采集卡接口电路和充放电状态切换电路等硬件电路详细介绍了系统的硬件组成。平台采用基于LabVIEW进行上位机开发,其次从电子负载通信模块和数据采集与数字量输出模块等方面阐述了系统的主要软件组成。最后实验表明,平台具有良好的实时测试功能,能实时监控蓄电池的健康状态。

    Abstract:

    With the continuous development of battery technology and extensive application of mobile electronic devices, battery test experimental platform becomes more important in the study of the process of exploring battery. In order to achieve real-time monitoring of the battery voltage, current and temperature data, and the charge-discharge state of the battery switching function, a design based on LabVIEW battery test experimental platform. Experimental hardware and software platform composed of two parts, the first data acquisition card interface circuit and the charge-discharge state of the switching circuit introduces hardware circuit hardware composition. The platform uses LabVIEW to develop the host computer, and then the main software components of the system are described from the aspects of electronic load communication module and data acquisition and digital output module. Finally, the experiment shows that the platform has a good real-time test function, which can monitor the health status of the battery in real time.
