    摘要:

    为了提高矿用测斜仪在煤矿井下钻探施工时的工作时间,以STM32嵌入式芯片为核心,提出了一种基于低功耗模式的测量方案。利用磁传感器和加速度传感器配合专用驱动芯片感知地球磁场和重力场,从而获得钻孔姿态信息。通过对STM32低功耗模式的研究,使仪器在非测量时间进入休眠状态,从而降低仪器功耗,提高工作时间。通过现场工业性试验表明,在保证测量精度和时间同步性的前提下,仪器单次使用时间超过60 h,完全满足钻探施工时对钻孔轨迹测量的要求。

    Abstract:

    In order to improve the working time of inclinometer in coal mine while drilling, a measurement scheme based on low power consumption mode is proposed with STM32 embedded chip as the core. Using magnetic sensor and acceleration sensor with special driving chip to sense the earth magnetic field and gravity field, then can obtain the drilling attitude information. By researching the low power consumption mode of STM32, the instrument can enter the dormancy state in non-measuring time to reduce the power consumption of the instrument and increase the working time. Through field industrial test, it is proved that under the premise of guaranteeing the measurement accuracy and time synchronization, the single use time of the instrument is more than 60 hours, which fully meets the requirements of drilling trajectory measurement.
